We are looking for a Plant Coordinator to join the HS2 project, in the Coleshill area.

We are currently recruiting for a Plant Coordinator, for Europe's largest and most exciting infrastructure project, HS2, based near the Coleshill area.

Duties include:

  • Arrange machine movements from yard to sites when required
  • Assist in the management of the plant record and maintenance system
  • Uploading health and safety test certification as required
  • Arranging re-testing to be completed
  • Liaising with site and project teams
  • Accurate record keeping
  • General office administration to support the department
  • Strict adherence to compliance, arranging and attaining reports and certificates as required
  • Coordinating and booking in the plant and machinery ensuring productivity is kept at a maximum

You will ideally require experience/knowledge of with plant machinery / construction.

The role is computer based and you will require good I.T. skills and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Hours of work are 8-10 hours per day.
