Job Title - Catering Engineer

Reports to - Technical Manager 

Key Responsibilities:

• Good working background as an catering engineer.
• Proficient in fault finding and repair.
• To be able to carry out reactive maintenance, servicing / ppm, and installation of catering equipment.
• Experience with warewash equipment and diagnosis
• This will include working on various equipment such as microwaves, vac pac machines etc
• Experience of work on refrigeration would be useful too and fgas qualification.
• Experience in laundry equipment would be useful too.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
• Representing the company in a professional and competent manner at all times and develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients
• Reactive attendance to emergency call-outs on 1 in 4 callout rota.
• Maintain the professional image of the company always and promote their services.
• Work on own and as part of a team
• To ensure all PPM and reactive tasks are completed within SLA times set out by our clients.
• Receiving client issues and resolving these issues effectively without disruption to business or compromising client relationships.
• Reactive attendance to emergency call-outs on 1 in 4 callout rota.

Competencies:

• Gas qualifications, comcat 1,2,3 & 5.
• Hold a refrigerants certificate (F-Gas) - OPTIONAL
• Full driving licence and flexible to travel on a daily basis
• Additional Qualifications would be an advantage i.e. 18th edition
