Fire Alarm Engineer Overview

• Performing scheduled service and maintenance duties for a diverse clientele, ranging from retail units to office complexes.
• Undertaking a variety of tasks including minor works and commissioning.
• Potential involvement in larger installation projects, providing opportunities for those looking to advance their installation skills.
• Applying expertise to diagnose and troubleshoot issues based on existing knowledge and experience.
• Delivering a thorough service to customers in compliance with British Standards within a specified geographical area.

Fire Alarm Engineer Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Fire System maintenance/installation/remedial works
• FIA Installation and Maintenance Module
• Experience of open / Close protocol fire alarm systems
• Electrical design with fire alarm element
• Working knowledge of BS5839 & current Health & Safety legislation

Fire Alarm Engineer Remuneration

• £40,000 - 43,000 DOE
• Van plus fuel card
• 25 days holiday
• 8:00 - 5:00
• Full package to be discussed at interview
