Head of Technology - Remote - £90-110K
Austin Fraser is currently supporting an award winning software house who believe in the power of technology to create positive social change. Their mission is to develop innovative software solutions that address critical challenges in society.
They are now looking for an experienced Head of Technology to join and lead their established development team on a permanent basis.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for leading their technology strategy, overseeing the development and implementation of various technologies, and ensuring their technological infrastructure is aligned with the business objectives

Location: Remote
Salary: up to £110K depending on experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a similar level of position before.
- Track record of leading and managing development/engineering teams.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development.
- Proven experience building cloud native products at scale (ideally in Azure)
- Extensive experience in test driven development and architecture roles.
- Experience of working in a scaling or SME organisation.
