As the Quality Manager you are responsible for supervising and inspecting the production process, and implementing, maintaining, and improving the quality management system (QMS) within the company to ensure compliance with the ISO 9001 & CE Certification. Ensuring that all products meet consistent standards. The role involves a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and administrative responsibilities.
- Team Management: The Quality Manager is responsible for educating workshop personnel to produce quality products to the customer's specifications.
- Training: Providing training, development, and guidance to workers to ensure they understand and follow the fabrication processes, and quality standards.
- Motivation: Keeping the team motivated and ensuring a positive working environment
- Employee Performance: Enhance employee Skill set to understand quality standards
- Communication: Feedback to the Production Manager on any quality-related issues.
