Electrical Site Supervisor - £38,850 + Company Van, Fuel Card and excellent benefits.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Site Supervisor to join a construction team based in Cheshire, overseeing contracts in and around the North West & Wales. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary of £38,850 per annum, plus a company van, fuel card, and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities for the Electrical Site Supervisor include:

  • Acting as the NICEIC Qualified Supervisor (QS) for the area
  • Managing and supervising trade operatives and sub-contractors
  • Consistently delivering an efficient and cost-effective customer-focused operational repairs service, covering all maintenance and repairs
  • Assisting in the implementation of processes for continuous improvement of the organisation’s performance management plans
  • Ensuring the accurate recording of results from inspections and testing of electrical work
  • Effectively managing all works

The ideal Electrical Site Supervisor will possess:

  • Competence in all aspects of the electrical discipline, with qualified supervisory experience
  • Experience working within a social housing environment
  • Previous role as an NICEIC QS and experience using the NICEIC certification website
  • Essential qualifications include 18th Edition I.E.E Wiring Regulations, 2391 or equivalent, and C&G NVQ L3 & Gold Card
