We are seeking a dedicated and skille security engineer to join our team, primarily serving the Yorkshire regoion. The ideal candidate will focus on service and reactive calls, with a smaller portion of work involving installation tasks as needed. Experience with fire alarms is a bonus but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perfrom regular service and maintence on security sysytems
• Knowledge of Galaxy, Texecom, Paxton, Hikvision but not LTD to
• Respond to reactive calls to troubleshoot and resolve security sysytem issues
• Conduct occasional installtions of security equipment
• Maintain accurate records of all work completed 
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support

Qualifications

• Proven experience in security engineering
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skils
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Abilty to work independently and manage time effectively
• Firealarm experience is advantageous but not required
• Valid driver's license
