A leading UK MSP, who are also an award-winning Microsoft partner are looking for an experienced Field Engineer to work across a number of their key clients.

Onsite Field Engineer – Milton Keynes - Up to £40,000 + Excellent Benefits
Overview:
A leading UK MSP, who are also an award-winning Microsoft partner are looking for an experienced Field Engineer to work across a number of their key clients.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Traveling to client locations to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Taking ownership of problems and ensuring timely resolution to achieve top-rated client feedback.
- Maintaining and supporting a range of systems, including MS Exchange Technologies, MS Windows and Server Platforms, and mobile technologies such as Apple, Android, and Windows Mobile.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively within a service delivery team
- Meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through efficient troubleshooting and proactive maintenance.
- Proven experience as a Field Engineer or similar role, with a track record of delivering high-quality on-site support services.
- Proficiency in MS Exchange Technologies, MS Windows and Server Platforms, and mobile technologies including Apple, Android, and Windows Mobile.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive attitude towards learning and development.
- £35,000 - £40,000 Basic Salary
- £6,000 Car Allowance
