Pay: M1 to UPS Pay Scale

More information: We are seeking an outgoing and enthusiastic PE teacher for a secondary school based in Chester for a long term role starting in September to go through to December 2024. The role is full time working Monday to Friday and the school day is 8:50am to 3:15pm. The role will delivering both practical and theory lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.

This modern secondary school have top of the range facilities with an extremely successful PE department and exceptional teachers. The school pride themselves in providing exceptional staff support and ensure school timetables are very balanced with dedicated PPA time.

The ideal candidate must be someone that can hit the ground running and become a solid member of the staffing structure in a very busy PE department.

The role is paid to scale from day one from M1 to UPS.

To be considered for this role, we will need -

• Full Qualified Teaching Status in the UK with specialism in Physical Education
• Proof of Right to Work, this could be your Passport or Birth Certificate.
• A CV that covers 10 years of education or employment.
• A fully enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to process one with us. (We will refund the cost of the DBS)
