Educational Administrator
Posted a week ago by Salutem Shared Services
Beaumont College, Carlisle is a very special place and we are seeking to extend our work-family in response to increased demand for places at the college. If you have as passion to support the staff who work with some of the most vulnerable special school leavers to fulfil their potential, through support for the planned, high quality delivery of learning, this role is for you. The postholders will work as part of a team and should be, or be prepared through training and support, to be 'disability confident' when engaging with our students
About The Role
We are seeking to appoint skilled administrator to join the team. Work regular includes using commonly encountered Microsoft software, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Bi to access reports. In addition some service specific software is in use for which training will be given. Experience in a education or care provider would be helpful but is not essential.
Your team will include teachers, tutors and learning and student support colleagues. Our educational pathways are highly personalised and alongside Preparing for Adulthood, learners will each have a bespoke package of health and support interventions including physio and hydro therapy, speech and language therapy and occupational therapy, access to a skilled and experienced team of assistive technologist, and positive behaviour practitioners.
The postholder will be a point of contact for telephone calls, and in arranging and taking notes in EHC Plan review Meetings
If you would like an informal discussion around this role, please email Beaumont College Lead (url removed) to arrange this.
