Senior Product Manager – Space Communications Hardware / NTN

Location: Hampshire / Hybrid Remote

Senior Product Manager with interest or experience within wireless communications / satellite communications hardware development, required by fast growing, high tech, scale-up company based in Hampshire. The Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal in shaping the future of wireless communications by leading the development and management of cutting-edge products for Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full product lifecycle from definition to release and maintenance.
• Align engineering and sales teams to secure design wins.
• Develop and translate market requirements into engineering specifications.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap and strategy.
• Lead new product and feature architecture.
• Ensure quality assurance in product development.
• Create collateral such as presentations and white papers.
• Analyse the competitive landscape and support marketing communications.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience in the communications or networking industry.
• Familiarity with 3GPP, other wireless standards related to satellite communications or willingness to learn.
• Degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science.
• Understanding of product lifecycle and development processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and exhibitions.

Desirable Requirements:

• Background or strong knowledge in digital communications / semiconductor / FPGA landscape.
• Product management experience in the communications industry.
• Ability to write business plans and commercial justifications.
• Technical customer interaction experience.
