£37,500 - £45,000/annum plus package

My client are a specialist joinery contractor who specialise in delivering high-quality joinery services to leading main contractors across the North West. They subcontract on projects such as residential apartments, healthcare, education, retail, and leisure schemes.

They have an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on a range of newly secured projects across the Lancashire and wider North West area.

Your duties will include:

  • Reviewing project costs for accuracy and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Evaluating, pricing, negotiating, and finalising budgets and costs for project scope changes
  • Developing and maintaining procurement schedules.
  • Preparing bills of quantities and schedules of works to facilitate accurate project pricing.
  • CVR reporting.
  • Controlling financial aspects of projects.
