To be considered for this role, you must have :
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent Time management skills
- Experience of delivering change within complex environments.
- Ability to drive an effective communications plan.
- Self-motivated, organised and confident working with senior stakeholders.
- Change Management qualifications (E.g PROSCI)
- People-focused change experience within a business-transformation programme.
- Ideally Legal Services Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and deliver full end to end projects activities with strong attention to detail.
- Build, maintain and deliver timely, targeted, creative and effective internal and external communications through a clearly-defined, detailed communications plan that aligns to the overall programme plan.
- Ensure business readiness through clear communication and clear, regular articulation of the business benefits of the project/ programmes.
- A strong understanding of how people go through a change and change processes
- Ability to build credibility quickly.
