An up-and-coming Derby based Construction Consultancy is looking to add an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to their growing team.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will become part of a dedicated team of five surveyors, actively involved in diverse projects spanning the public sector, local developments, and nationwide commercial clients.
This is a thrilling time to join, with significant opportunities for career progression. The new Quantity Surveyor will have the chance to take on increased responsibilities, such as team building and management, as the company anticipates internal advancements.
With a strong presence in the Retail and Healthcare sectors, the consultancy collaborates with prestigious national retail clients and local hospitals. Additionally, they handle a mix of residential, commercial, and logistics schemes.

The Quantity Surveyor
The incoming Quantity Surveyor will have:
- A construction related degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
- 12+ months Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
- The desire to achieve MRICS / already working towards
- Retail or Healthcare experience is highly desirable
