The schools focus on supporting the social, emotional and educational needs of each individual pupil. They are now in need of passionate and inspiring people to start in September, to give in depth 1:1 support to their students.

The school is looking to employ a dedicated Teaching Assistant for a full-time position with the possibility of a permanent position later down the line. The successful applicant will be working with Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2 children, helping them to work towards their milestones and targets and giving them 1 to 1 support. The applicant would also have to be well equipped to deal with challenging behaviours, SEND and work closely with Teachers to help with the general running of the classroom.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• Level 2/Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Early Years – Desirable
• Experience in Educational settings – (6 months minimum)
• Excellent classroom management
• Patience and resilience
