Senior Recruiter (Delivery)

Hybrid 3 days on site per week - £27-30K base + up to around £30K commission
I act on behalf of a global engineering services and solutions business that also recruits contract and permanent engineering expertise for some of the largest and most prestigious global aerospace and engineering enterprises
They turn over £100m in the UK and rely around 1200 to deliver their services. Globally they have 12000 employees and turn over £1.1bn.
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced delivery recruiter with expertise and experience of searching, filtering and qualifying the best candidates in large scale enterprise engineering sectors such as automotive/marine/aerospace/oil & gas etc.
If you have an eye for detail and have an appreciation of the importance of guiding candidates through their next career step, please respond with your CV. This is especially important as you will carry the reputaion of both my client and their clients for whom you are finding the best engineering and consultancy talent
Please note that candidates who have sector experience will be preferred for obvious reasons. We need someone who can hit the ground running.
