Your Profile:

• Demonstrable success in traditional advertising sales (TV, Radio, Newspaper, Outdoor, Magazine) or digital media sales.
• Engage confidently with senior decision-makers and marketing budget holders.
• Positive & Proactive: Possess a can-do attitude, resilience, and a drive for results.
• While the role is home based we are looking for someone to be based in the North West of England, ideally Liverpool and surroundings.

The Role:

• Lucrative Compensation: £25,000 basic salary with a realistic OTE of £80,000 in your first year, scaling to £100,000+ beyond. The commission will be guaranteed to a certain level for the first few months for the right person. For instance a recent candidate loved the sound of the job but was earning £40,000 Basic. The company guaranteed the commission to £40,000 for the first three months and paid commission out on sales above this.

• Targeted Leads: 90% of your time will be spent nurturing high-quality leads generated by your dedicated marketer, who will align with your weekly strategy.
