Swift Temps Ltd Commercial Divison are seeking a talented Stock Controller to join our client in Wetherby, West Yorkshire.  

The successful postholder will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse portfolio of products.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and replenish your designated product portfolio, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules.
• Monitor and maintain your portfolio within established availability and inventory KPIs.
• Raise and manage purchase orders, following established processes to ensure timely delivery to our warehouse.
• Coordinate uplifts from suppliers, collaborating with Stocking Policy, Demand Planning, Commercial, and Product Data departments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, Goods In / Operational Teams, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Proactively communicate any potential risks to customer service levels and provide feedback on unfulfilled demand root causes.

Requirements:

• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build positive relationships.
• Self-motivated and proactive, willing to take ownership and accountability for tasks.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Demonstrated success in a planning role, with experience in supply or demand planning.
• Preference for candidates with experience in the drinks industry.
• Solid understanding of Supply Chain processes and principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
