You'll play a pivotal role in the UK arm of the business, helping to enhance customer experiences and support the commercial team. Working with industry-leading brands you'll have the chance to contribute to their ongoing success and growth.
You will use your customer service experience (preferably within FMCG) to process and invoice UK orders, handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain accurate records. Collaborating with Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales teams, you'll ensure a great service and customer satisfaction.
If successful, you will be working 3-4 days per week in West Lothian and 1-2 days from home.
