Key Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Lead:

They are seeking an experienced and dedicated Health and Safety Lead to join their team. The successful candidate will support the business in meeting its Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) needs and regulations, ensuring high standards of COMAH compliance, and fostering a culture of safety throughout the organisation.

  • Support the business with SHE needs and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure continued high standards of COMAH compliance.
  • Develop and implement SHE audits in the workplace.
  • Maintain strong relationships with relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive risk assessments.

Qualifications and Requirements for the Health and Safety Lead:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant field.
  • NEBOSH Certificate.
  • Experience of working on a COMAH site.
  • Familiarity with various ISO audit standards.
  • Previous experience in a health and safety position.
