My client are a global firm with an excellent reputation in their field who are looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to join the team in a newly created position. The ideal candidate will need previous Administration or Coordination experience, experience dealing with key stakeholders and strong communication skills.
As a Business Operations Coordinator your duties will include:
- Dealing with end-to-end corporate travel queries
- Manage and resolve all travel related issues
- Coordinate and deliver reports for the wider business
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are updated
- Provide reports on travel expenses
As a Business Operations Coordinator you will have the following skills:
- Previous Administration experience in a corporate environment
- Previous experience dealing with key stakeholders
- Knowledge of corporate travel would be ideal
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
