This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business with a fantastic pipeline of work. As Head Of Production, you will be responsible for the overall daily management of the production facility, ensuring output targets are met whilst implementing processes to improve output and productivity.

Your background in offsite construction manufacturing would be highly advantageous, however we are open to talking to people who have strong experience in process management across other sectors.

As Head Of Production you will:

• Ensure manufacturing processes run efficiently
• Implement processes to improve efficiency
• Manage 30+ directly employed factory staff
• Oversee all health and safety policies
• Plan and organise all production schedules

We would welcome conversations with candidates who:

• Have a background in offsite construction manufacturing - Advantageous, not essential
• Can demonstrate experience managing large, multiple production teams
• Hold good knowledge of lean & six sigma strategies
• Will lead a continuous improvement culture
• Possess strong knowledge of implementing processes to improve output
