Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Greet and welcome pets and their owners, ensuring a warm and friendly environment.
- Bookings and Quotes: Handle customer inquiries, take bookings, and prepare quotes for pet export services.
- Logistics Coordination: Prepare shipments and coordinate with drivers for transportation to Heathrow Airport.
- Pet Transport: Occasionally transport pets yourself in the company van, requiring a valid driving licence.
- Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- 1 hour lunch break
- Competitive salary based on experience (£26,000 for those new to the field, up to £30,000 for experienced agents).
- Comprehensive training packages for those without export experience.
- 21 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
