Manchester City Centre

Monday - Thursday 9am- 5:30pm and an early finish on a friday Friday 10am-4pm - No weekends and who doesn't like an early finish on a Friday!

You will be based in the Manchester office and part of a small but highly skilled team of Customer service and Renewals Advisors. This is a financial services business which means you are working within a regulated environment, ensuring you are maintaining the highest of standards at all times. 

Every day you will be having service and sales conversations with their customers, as the customer is at the heart of everything you do. You will handle calls to and from customers regarding a range of financial products at all times ensuring the best outcome for the customer.

Previous experience in a telephone based Customer Service or Sales role is preferred- if you haven't worked in a heavily phone based role we would welcome applications from candidates who have worked in banking, travel agents or other regulated environments.
