Project Engineer -
Our client is an hugely established Building Services / Facility Management company. They are currently looking for a Project engineer to join their stable team. This Project engineer will be based from one of their prestigious contracts based in City of Lonon.
Project Engineer Duties -
- Review SSOWS
- Permits to Work & H&S
- Making sure contractors are keeping to SSOWS
- Reviewing completed works
- Escorting sub-contractors
- Reviewing Risk Assesments and supply correct permits
- Lots admin works / reporting
The project engineer will be support all projects within the building, NOT day to day maintenance.
Project examples:
- Electrical isolations
- Fan coil replacements
- Chiller replacements
- Pipework mod
- New electrical distribution board replacements
- Valve installatinos
- BMS upgrades
- Pump panels
Project engineer Summary:
We are looking for an engineer, mech or elec, with the ability to view permits, and do the paperwork side of things
An engineer who is looking to more admin role, step in to leadership, managing sub contractors, while still being a bit of hands on
Some client facing responsibility
The shift for the project engineer will be 7 - 7 cont shift.
