Job Title: Part-Time Purchase Ledger Clerk (Temp to Perm)
Company: Print and Graphics Business
Location: Watford
Hours: 5 Hours a Day, 5 Days a Week
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
About the Company: Our client is a dynamic print and graphics business seeking a skilled and experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team. This is a part-time role with the potential to become permanent after three months.
Key Responsibilities:
· Download invoices
· Code and arrange for signatures
· Input invoices onto Sage
· Reconcile statements
· Raise a payment run and follow through with the monthly payment run using the banking system
· Deal with and resolve queries
· File invoices
Additional Duties:
· Assist with the implementation of a new MIS system
· Book travel arrangements
· Answer the phone and door
· Handle post and perform other necessary tasks
Requirements:
· Experience with Sage Line 50
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Confident and competent in taking ownership of the Purchase Ledger
· Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
