Bean There, Done That? Here’s What You’ll Do:
- Brew and serve a variety of specialty coffee beverages to a high standard
- Operate coffee machines and equipment with precision and care
- Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming environment for all guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café, including workstations and seating areas
- Assist with restocking supplies and managing inventory
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations
- Previous experience as a barista, particularly in a specialty coffee environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to varying shifts and demands
- Passion for coffee and a commitment to quality
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Competitive pay rate of £12 per hour
