Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Maintenance Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer​​​​​​​ who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Maintenance Engineer​​​​​​​ , you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Maintenance Engineer​​​​​​​, will be responsible for:

• Providing a reactive and pro-active maintenance service as per project requirements to all operational equipment.
• Carrying out modifications and installations when required, maintaining, repairing.
• Calibrating electrical, mechanical and instrumentation plant to optimize both reliability and maintainability.
• Provide excellent customer service to building occupants.
• Ensuring they are made aware of work order progress in a timely manner.

To be successful for this Maintenance Engineer​​​​​​​ role you must have:

• City and guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 qualification or equivalent.
• Served a recognised trade training scheme to NVQ level 3 minimum or equivalent.
• IEE 18th Edition Regulations, City and Guilds 2391 inspectio.
• Testing or equivalent, and experience in a maintenance environment, hospital experience is advantageous.
