As a Home Manager, you’ll:
- Oversee the delivery of high standards of person-centred care.
- Manage budgets effectively and promote financial sustainability.
- Work within legislation and maintain positive relationships with the Care Quality Commission and the Local Authority.
- Support change and improvement initiatives.
- Ensure care and kindness remain at the heart of all activities.
