Key Responsibilities:

• Assist class teachers with lesson delivery across all year groups.
• Support individual and small group learning.
• Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Prepare and organise classroom materials.
• Supervise students during breaks, lunchtimes and trips.
• Promote positive behaviour and assist with classroom management.
• Provide feedback on student progress, behaviour and attainment.

Requirements:

• Enrolled in an education or childcare course or hold a qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning.
• Willingness to work in all year groups, from Early Years to Key Stage 2.
• Flexible, adaptable and enthusiastic.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience:

• School-based experience is desired but not essential; private nursery experience, coaching or tuition experience will be considered.
