Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a Contract Manager to begin work for a well-established company in the Deeside area.

About the role:

  • Working Hours - Full-time - Monday to Friday
  • Pay Rate - £350 per day
  • Preparing a Contract Manual detailing obligations, scope, and responsibilities.
  • Managing correspondence with the Employer, Subcontractors, and Suppliers to protect the company's interests.
  • Creating and updating a follow-up table to ensure timely completion of correspondence.
  • Evaluating notifications from Subcontractors and Suppliers, and finalising claims with necessary evidence.
  • Preparing and managing budgets and cash flows, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
  • Preparing progress payments and reports, and ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
  • Managing final account negotiations and the handover process for project acceptance certificates.
  • Tracking project performance and reporting deviations to relevant departments.
  • Long-term work for the right candidate.
  • Start: ASAP (Interview first)

About You:

  • High work ethic & team player
  • Punctual & reliable
  • You must be a qualified Contract Manager
  • Proven experience in managing contracts and claims
  • Strong knowledge of budget preparation and cash flow management
  • Proficiency in using SAP for updating quantities and budgets
