Senior Sales Development Executive – Based Wilmslow

Basic salary £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience, plus uncapped OTE, regular incentives and excellent benefits

My client is looking for an exceptionally talented entrepreneurial and experienced Senior Sales Development Executive B2B sales professional to join a cutting-edge recruitment technology platform.  

You will be joining a fun and highly motivated sales team where you will receive ongoing training, sales development, coaching, and career driven.

As a Senior Sales Development Executive, you will ideally have previous experience of working in the recruitment industry, along with a genuine interest in technology SaaS.

As a Senior Sales Development Executive, you will be a hunter with high resilience, gravitas, and ability to demonstrate prospecting to larger business’s, along building a good rapport and good account management experience.

Have a strong work ethic with a real desire to win (despite adversity) and demonstrate resilience and tenacity and great listening skills and understand empathy, as much as you can talk and convert leads.

Willing to go the extra mile, curious and want to learn and develop and be part of a winning team.

 

Candidate Skills & Duties

  • Able to build rapport with people quickly
  • Passionate about life and excited to introduce people to new things and keep going, even when it gets tough
  • Highly organised and able to manage an end-to-end sales cycle from cold call to close
  • Capable of bringing software platforms to life with informative online demos
  • Naturally, goal-orientated, and competitive; a will to succeed and win
  • 80% will be calling contacts at companies to introduce them to our unique proposition
  • 10% will be calling marketing-generated inbound leads; primarily senior business decision makers and HR/in-house talent teams
  • 10% will be conducting online demos whilst also managing live website chat, updating the CRM
