Our client in the Bootle area is currently seeking Production Operatives to join their food manufacturing team on a temporary to permanent basis. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 15.00 - 24.00.
The main duties of a Production Operative are:
- Maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery used in the production of food.
- Conducting regular quality checks and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency.
- Maintaining accurate production records and complying with documentation requirements.
- Working on the production line.
- Impact and quality checking.
- Adhering to health & safety on site.
- Providing next shift with a handover of any works outstanding/additional instructions.
- Any other production associated duties when required.
To apply for the role of Production Operative:
- You must have production experience.
- Be able to and happy to work permanent late shifts.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a hard working and positive attitude.
