REGISTERED CARE MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to work in the adults care sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and the opportunity to help a service grow and to ensure the lives of the adults are fully supported with excellent levels of care. We are continuing to grow and develop and also now offering live-in care and some complex care

The Role:
As a Registered Manager your role will include:

  • Overseeing the delivery of care services for adults, delivering high levels of care in line with regulations
  • Ensuring strict compliance with CQC
  • Managing staff and resources effectively
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans
  • Liaising with families, and healthcare professionals
  • Assessments, supervisions and overall management of the support workers
  • Following of policies and procedures
  • Clinical reviews
  • Oversee the rotas
  • Oversee compliance and client acquisition

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in healthcare - level 5 highly desirable or be willing to work towards it
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Have a strong character and be a good communicator
  • Be a reflective leader
  • Want to develop their own style of management
  • Work closely with the owners to develop growth plans for the service
  • Worked as a manager or a deputy manager,ideally in domiciliary or supported living care
  • Be passionate about high levels of care

The Package:
The benefits package for the Registered Care Manager role includes:

  • A basic salary of £34,000 - £38,000 DOE
