This role works to support the Practice Manager in daily HR tasks to ensure smooth operations as the firm grows. Some of the responsibilities are but not limited too:

• Employee Relations: Support HR meetings, offer HR advice, maintain strong employee relationships, review employee packages.
• Recruitment: Lead recruitment, ensure compliance with laws, conduct workforce analysis, manage end-to-end recruitment.
• New Starters: Handle administration for new hires, draft contracts, manage inductions.
• Training: Design and deliver training, manage training records, coordinate firm-wide L&D.
• Performance Management: Ensure consistent performance reviews, provide management training, support performance meetings.
• HR Data: Maintain accurate HR records, produce regular HR reports, manage HR KPIs.
• Health and Safety: Assist in health and safety assessments and policy reviews.
• Miscellaneous: Ensure HR compliance, update policies, support business development, keep employment law knowledge current.

The role is offering up to 1 day working from home and a salary of up to £35,000pa.
