Chartered Valuations Surveyor - Key Duties:

• Producing accurate and high-quality valuation reports to our lenders and private clients
• Travel across London to conduct a range of valuations/surveys and occasionally come to the office for meetings
• Strong market knowledge and to keep up to date with market changes
• Observing RICS regulatory requirements and be aware of any changes, including Red Book related standards
• Understanding the companies’ policies and procedures specifically relating to Quality Assurance, Health & Safety
• Providing high levels of customer service to the client base

Chartered Valuations Surveyor – Person Profile:

• Extensive previous residential valuations surveying experience
• MRICS, FRICS or AssocRICS qualified
• Proven track record in a surveying practice
• Passionate about delivering outstanding service
• Collaborative and keen to share residential surveying knowledge and experience
• Focused on personal improvement and bring new thinking and methods to the team
• Comfortable working remotely with travel across London for surveys
• Driving licence and own car

Package - Chartered Valuations Surveyor:

• Basic Salary £50-60,000
• A range of company benefits
• Monday – Thursday 9am – 5.30pm and Friday 9am – 5pm
• Remote working – some travel to office in SW London and across London for surveys
