Clarkson Owens Recruitment are working with a well known contractor who are looking to bring on board a commercial or construction/ operations manager to join their team based in Fife.
In this newly created role you will be joining an organisation with a solid pipeline of work. You will be responsible for managing the full office to ensure the entire construction process is running efficiently from both a commercial and operational prospective.
In order to be suitable you will either be an experienced QS or construction manager and already at management level/ looking to take the step up. You will have previously managed a team. You must have either had experience working for a main or sub contractor
