I am currently recruiting for a passionate speech and language therapist for a local Specialist Setting for September. You will be working with students with a range of SEN and communication needs, and be responsible for leading SALT across the school ensuring there is a high quality and effective support for their students.

Your responsibilities will include:

• To lead speech and language therapy across the school
• Adapt your sessions to the student’s needs
• Support the student’s development of independence and confidence
• Participating in weekly CPD for your personal development

An ideal candidate may possess the following skills and capabilities:

• A qualified Speech and Language Therapist (Graduate or Masters Level) with a certificate to practice Speech and Language Therapy
• Registered member of RCSLT and HCPC
• A passion to support students with speech and language difficulties
• Ability to recognise positive development in every student no matter ability
• Own means of transport
