Estimator

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join a successful and growing Main Contractor who cover various projects across health care, commercial, and more recently education.

About the role of Estimator:

This is an exciting new opportunity for someone to join their growing commercial department. You will play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase and successful delivery of their projects, working closely with our projects managers, architects and subcontractors to prepare accurate cost estimates for Fit Out and New build projects.

Responsibilities for Estimator:

Management of estimating new projects from inception to submission

Setting up estimates, tender packs and applicable trackers

Maintaining and creating excellent working relationships with clients

Communicating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers and clients

Requirements for Estimator:

Minimum of 8 years' experience as an estimator

Background working with a Tier 1 / 2 Main Contractor would be desirable

Previous experience with Fit Out / New Build sectors

Strong communication and organisation skills

Ability to lead a team of junior and assistant Estimators
