What will this entail?
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients within the commercial sector.
- Understand client requirements, business objectives, and cultural fit
- Proactively identify new business opportunities to expand client base
- Actively follow the weekly sales cycle, to generate new business
- Match qualified candidates with suitable job opportunities within the commercial sector.
- Use job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to source suitable candidates
- Conduct candidate screenings, arrange interviews, and complete compliance checks
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Manage the offer negotiation process and assist in the successful placement of candidates.
- Ensure clear communication for all key stakeholders
