Job Title: Construction Site Manager - Commercial Fit-Outs

Location: Wirral to Manchester Corridor

Salary: £47,000 - £50,000 (Dependent on Experience) - £5k car allowance - 25 days holidays plus bank holidays - 5% pension (upto 12.5% company contributions available - subject to minimum employee contributions)

Crossword Recruitment are currently seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Manager with a strong background in commercial fit-outs to join our clients' dynamic turnkey enterprise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor site teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections and manage project schedules.
• Oversee procurement of materials and manage inventory effectively.
• Resolve any issues that arise on-site promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Construction Site Manager, specifically within commercial fit-out projects.
• Proven track record of managing medium to large scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and construction management software.
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or a related field.
• Must be geographically located between Wirral and Manchester, with the willingness to travel to various sites as needed.
