Working Supervisor

Our client, a trusted tier 1 contractor within the water industry, is seeking a Working Supervisor to join their team on a long-term contract based in Derby. This role is ideal for a motivated and experienced individual looking to manage and supervise water-related construction projects.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in the water sector, particularly in blue-collar roles
- CSCS certification
- SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
- First Aid certification
- Cat & Genny training (preferred)
- NPORS certification for forward tipping dumper and 360 machines (above and below 10 tonnes)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines
Rate:
£250 a shift.
