FM Technician
Location: Fawley (SO45)
Schedule: Monday-Friday / 7:30am-4pm
We are looking for an FM Technician with HVAC and electrical knowledge to join an on-site team of 56 for one of the largest publicly traded international oil and gas companies. This role involves installs, planned and reactive maintenance, and emergency tasks across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Health and Safety standards.
- Perform reactive HVAC works to statutory standards.
- Conduct HVAC and Electrical planned maintenance.
- Undertake HVAC and electrical installations.
- Maintain F Gas register and log books.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant standards.
- Perform electrical isolations and documentation.
- Use MEWPs and access equipment.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence.
- F-Gas registered with City & Guilds Safe Handling Certificate.
- 18th Edition IEE wiring regulations.
