ENG Bauen is excited to again be working with a globally recognised EPC in the search for a  Commercial Manager to join their team to oversee the delvery of multiple EPC projects. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on some of the largest and most high-profile energy projects currently in development across the UK.

As Commercial Manager you will be responsible for overseeing high-profile projects currently running at Pre-FEED, FEED and EPC Stages working with a large commercial team and reporting directly to the Commerical Director.

You will oversee the commercial responsibility for all projects, preparing cost budgets, rolling monthly forecasts and ensuring that any margin improvement plans are implemented. A background in both FIDIC and NEC 3 / 4 is essential for this position, as well as proven experience of running multiple projects, at different stages of the commercial lifecycle simultaneously.

The Role

• Commercial Manager, responsible for coordinating all commercial and contractual issues across multiple large-scale CAPEX projects
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Ensure compliance with FIDIC and NEC 3 / 4 contracts
• Implement margin improvement plans and monitor financial performance
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies
• Provide strategic commercial advice to support project delivery and business growth

The Person:

• Experienced working on FIDIC and NEC 3 / 4 projects
• Experience working on multiple CAPEX projects simultaneously
• Background in working on highly regulated mechanical projects
• Current SC clearance or eligibility to attain it
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data
