About the client:

Through multiple branches our clients offers a vast range of services which include Retrofit and Energy Services,  roofing, flooring , kitchen and bathroom replacements, planned and project works in painting, Passive Fire Projection,  Disrepair Works , Multi-disciplinary Fabric Upgrades, and maintenance Contracts .

Due to fast company growth, our Client is recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor/ Trainee Surveyor to work from their Warrington Branch

The role of Quantity Surveyor/Trainee Surveyor will suit:

• Someone at the start of their career ideally who’s looking to find somewhere to grow and express themselves
• Some degree of experience of overseeing commercials on projects
• Ideally with experience working for another contractor
• Person with good organisation and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a team
• Comfortable working towards targets
• Comfortable in pricing tenders & quotes
• Understanding of CVR’s
• Ambitious to progress
• Reporting directly to the branch manager (myself)
• Will be 80% office based in Warrington but may need to carry out surveys for quotes & cyclical contracts
• Will be pricing and overseeing mainly painting & decorating projects
• Progression Opportunities available
