Salary: £140 - £220 per day
As a Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting positive behaviour management strategies within the school. This temporary-to-permanent position provides candidates with the flexibility to explore the role and determine the best fit for their skills and career aspirations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide support to students to promote positive behaviour and engagement.
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to implement behaviour management plans.
- Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Deliver targeted interventions to support students with behavioural challenges.
- Collaborate with parents and external agencies as needed.
Requirements for this role include:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is preferable.
- Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
