Nursery Assistant

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic, hard-working, and creative Nursery Assistant for an OFSTED rate “Good” Primary School in the L8 area of Liverpool to work on a long-term basis starting as soon as possible! This role will continue into September.

You will be working in a school pre-school and nursry classes in either in 0-2 years class or 2-4 years old class. YOu must have early years experience

The hours are 8.15am - 3.30pm - Monday - Friday

You’ll need to be a good team player and have the ability to develop positive behaviour strategies with EYFS children, plus have a good understanding of child development and early language acquisition.

Your role & responsibilities:

* Planning educational activities in line with EYFS guidelines
* Taking care of children’s personal needs
* Supervising children and ensuring their safety
* Nurturing child development through early childhood education

Non-negotiables:

* Must have recent and relevant experience in an education setting.
* The ability to be guided by the class teacher.
