The Opportunity

You will be expected to work within a busy marketing and advertising team that are dealing with various clients, as well as building and general contractors. Your responsibility is to work with your clients and customers to review store designs and provide quotes, source the hardware, and software for the project, and plan the delivery of the project in line with the client's requirements to ensure the project goes live on their proposed date. On a daily basis, you will deal with multiple suppliers, contractors, and customers, so you must have the ability to manage your own workload and report to management daily and weekly. Flexibility is paramount.

Skills and Experience:

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• A passion for technology and how it can benefit retail organisations
• Attention to detail, quick learner, and team player
• Good knowledge and experience using Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Competent in IT and software data entry
• Ability to prioritise tasks, multitask, and have strong organisational skills in a fast-paced team.
• An approachable and open character who can adapt to many situations
• Flexible to meet client demands and expectations
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• A creative eye and flare
• Marketing or relevant business experience
• A passion for branding and design
• A university degree in a relevant area of study
