This role may suit someone who has worked as, Skills Development Manager, Training and Development Coordinator, Training Advisor, Apprenticeship Manager, Vocational Training, Employment and Skills Advisor and Employer Engagement Manager,
- Hybrid working, 2 days office based and the rest working from home or visiting local businesses around the Staffordshire Moorlands.
- Flexibility, offering a little give and take on start and finish times, and the potential to consider a 4-day working week.
- The opportunity to join a well-known brand in the local area, giving you credibility from the outset.
- A basic salary up to £33,000
What you’ll need
- An understanding of skills/training such as education and vocational training, to deliver targeted learning experiences.
- Experience within education such as colleges, universities or apprenticeships would be desirable.
- Previous Team leader experience would be desirable but not essential.
- Confident communicator, who would be happy to attend or host local networking events.
Other Information
- A Basic salary of up to £33,000
- 25 days holiday + bank holiday’s
- 9 month fixed term contract – A potential for future permanent opportunities.
