Regulatory Reporting Accountant (Capital)

Role overview:
You will be involved in the production and review of a number of the Group's regulatory returns, principally supporting the production of Capital reporting and other returns to both the UK regulators.
THE ROLE:
- Oversee the complete process of capital reporting to the PRA, encompassing COREP - Own Funds, Large Exposure, and Leverage Ratio. This included preparation, coordination, data review, issue resolution, sign-off, and process enhancements.
- Led the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for capital-related returns as part of the Regulatory Reporting Automation Project.
- Collaborated with the Treasury Capital Planning team to ensure all capital interpretations were correctly implemented and up-to-date.
- Continue to improve manual processes to find new ways of automating and reducing risk.
